This fan can be powered by 4 D-cell batteries (not included) or a USB power source with the included USB cable, such as a power bank, phone charger, or computer. (Note: this fan is not rechargeable)
If the fan is not working, please check whether the batteries are installed correctly or the USB cable is connected to the device properly. If it still doesn't work, please ask for our help, and we will solve your problem ASAP.
The USB power cord will override the batteries when they are installed. If you have rechargeable batteries, you will need to remove them and charge them using your own battery charger, as this fan does not support battery charging via USB cable.
To open the battery compartment, simply swipe with two thumbs or fingers to the bottom cover arrow. No screwdriver is required.
