EMERGENCY AND DISASTER PREPAREDNESS. Be ready for the next power outage caused by a thunderstorm, hurricane, lightning, or high winds. The fan can run on six D-cell batteries (not included) or be plugged in using the included AC adapter, which disconnects the installed batteries from the circuit when in use.
